Back To School Shopping On A Budget
Wednesday, September 16th, 2009Going back to school is not supposed to be expensive. In fact it is supposed to be virtually free considering that most of us pay taxes to send our kids to public schools for free. Though we do, we still have to buy them school supplies, books, lunch kits, and who can forget, new clothes. All children beg their parents for new clothes every fall season so that they can look their absolute best. That being we all know that this country is still in a recession and nobody wants to spend a boat load of money on anything. With that in mind, there are two places that you should start with when it comes to back to school shopping: Gap and Old Navy.
Gap is a great place to get the basics for your kids: jeans, basic tees, and sweaters. Old Navy also has great items for kids, but even more accessories. The bottom line is that you can spend a little money at either one of these stores and get a lot which means that both you and your kids will be happy!
