Water The Missing Ingredient
Saturday, October 29th, 2011Recently my family started to experience some plumbing problems. First my sink upstairs begin to back up. I could not understand it. My wife of course blamed me for it, saying that because I shave over the sink, clearly I was the cause for the backup. If that wasn’t enough, after the sink went haywire, then the master commode started to act up. For some reason it refused to flush. After further investigation, it became increasingly clear that we had a water leak somewhere. Then one day while playing with my son outside, I noticed water flowing from the City’s water main. We quickly called the repair folks and were told that to fix the problem, they would need to shut down the water first.
Here is the interesting thing, you never really know how much you depend on water until you have to go without it for awhile. What this means is that while you may hear about this weight loss plan says this and that one says that, the key missing ingredient from Nutrisystem to the South Beach Diet, is water. The ability to control your water intake will do wonders for your weight. If hunger pangs got you down, simply sip on a bottle of water and they’ll disappear faster than you can say healthy weight loss.
